Sen. Dave Rader receives perfect RIED Report score

State Sen. Dave Rader, R-Tulsa, received a perfect rating from the Research Institute for Economic Development (RIED) for his pro-business voting record during the 2020 legislative session.

RIED Report scores were based on individual voting records for two House bills and eight Senate bills, including SB 1362, which removes certain limitations on matching funds under the Local Development and Enterprise Zone Incentive Leverage Act, and SB 1875, which creates the Oil and Gas Produced Water and Waste Recycling Act, both authored by Rader.

“Ensuring the success of small business owners across the state is always a top priority,” Rader said. “I will continue to work together with the business community and my colleagues in both the House and Senate to pass pro-business legislation that promotes growth and opportunity for businesses across the state.”

RIED is an organization that promotes economic growth through the evaluation of business, job and economic growth issues considered by the Oklahoma Legislature.
