Sen. Tom Woods, R-Westville, and Sen. Warren Hamilton, R-McCurtain, released the following statement Monday after a special meeting of the Oklahoma Veterans Commission to address the status of the Sallisaw Veterans Home.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Tom Woods has officially been sworn in as the state Senator for District 4 after an oath of office ceremony Wednesday, presided over by Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell. The oath was delivered by Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Darby.
