OKLAHOMA CITY – The Senate has unanimously approved Gov. Kevin Stitt’s executive nomination of Yukon resident, Scott Crow, to serve as the Director of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Sen. Michael Brooks, D-Oklahoma City, carried the nomination before the Senate Public Safety Committee in April and before the full Senate Monday afternoon.
The Senate recently confirmed the executive nomination of David Morstad to the State Textbook Committee to serve an unexpired term ending Mar. 1, 2021, succeeding Jennifer Stanford. His nomination was first approved by the Senate Education Committee on Tuesday, Apr. 28, 2020. Sen. Michael Brooks, D-OKC, carried the nomination in the Senate for Gov. Kevin Stitt.
