Before being elected to the Senate, Mann served on the Oklahoma City Public Schools Board of Education as District 4 board member and was twice selected by his peers to be vice chair of the board. He represented families in the central core of Oklahoma City and chaired the district’s Finance Committee and co-chaired the Bond Committee.
