Senator Kern Receives Perfect Score on Prosperity Tracker Legislative Scorecard

OKLAHOMA CITY – Senator Spencer Kern, R-Duncan, received a perfect score on the State Chamber Research Foundation’s Prosperity Tracker Legislative Scorecard, reflecting his commitment to supporting pro-growth policies.

The Prosperity Tracker is used to review the pro-growth voting records of state lawmakers and keeps records of economic statistics related to growth in various sectors across the state.

“I extend my appreciation to the State Chamber for their acknowledgment and recognition of our work this session to continue moving Oklahoma forward through policies that support economic development, job creation, and growth,” Kern said. “I look forward to building on these efforts next session and ensuring our state continues to prioritize growth and expanded business and economic opportunities.”

Kern was one of seven lawmakers who scored 100% on the 2025 report.
