Senate Democratic Leader Kirt, Sen. Hicks comment on passing of Oklahoma business and civic leader Gene Rainbolt

OKLAHOMA CITY – Senate Democratic Leader Julia Kirt and Sen. Carri Hicks issued the following statements on Thursday mourning the loss of Oklahoma business and civic leader Gene Rainbolt.
