Size: 40" x 30"

The community of Boling Springs in Craig County in the late 1800's was a community in the ranching country settled by Indians, blacks, and whites. They lived in harmony with no confrontations. The community no longer exists except that the heritage is well known. It was probably an area that Will Rogers visited many times during his days as a young ranch hand. The painting depicts these various ethnic groups enjoying school recess.
