Administrative Rules

The Administrative Rules Committee has the responsibility of reviewing all adopted agency administrative rules, providing more thorough legislative oversight of executive branch agency rulemaking. The committee may recommend an approval or disapproval of each proposed rule to the Senate. The committee may also recommend an agency amend or further consider a proposed rule.
