Ikley-Freeman announces series of town hall meetings

Sen. Allison Ikley-Freeman announced this week she will host several town hall meetings throughout Senate District 37 in the coming months, with the first of seven set for June 16 in Sand Springs at the Charles Page Public Library from 1:30-2:30pm. Additional meeting dates include:

  • July 28  in Prattville  - 10:30 to 11:30 at the Prattville Library
  • August 18 in Jenks - 1:30 to 2:30 at the Jenks Library
  • Sept. 16 in Tulsa - 1:30 to 2:30 at the Zarrow Library
  • Oct. 20 in Sand Springs  - 1:30 to 2:30 at the Charles Page Library
  • Nov. 17 in Jenks - 10:30 to 11:30 at the Jenks Library
  • Dec. 1 in Tulsa -  1:30 to 2:30 at the Zarrow Library

“It’s my hope these meetings can provide an open, roundtable-type forum where we can discuss legislative questions and concerns,” said Ikley-Freeman, D-Tulsa.  “I’m looking forward to meeting people from my district and hearing their thoughts on state, local, and community issues or events. There is no formal agenda for the meeting – just an opportunity to sit down, ask questions, and build relationships.”

The public is invited to attend.
